Idlewild have shared "Like I Had Before", the third and final single from their upcoming self-titled album, out on 3 October. Featuring slices of sounds and especially from R.E.M., borrowing its rhythm and melodies, Roddy Woomble's poetic wordplay about modern culture, theoretical criticism and jangly, hummable hooks The video was filmed at Leith Theatre, July 2025.under the direction of Oscar Sansom
