Se viene una nueva recopilación de la serie "Now That's What I Call Music" para el próximo mes enfocándose en la música alternativa de los 80's., "Now 80s Alternative estará disponible en un formato de 4CD con 80 tracks y 2LP de color rosado con 30 tracks.
Ahora bien, muchos dirán que ya hay varias enfocadas en el mismo género, pero viendo los títulos que vendrán publicados, esta parece ser muy buena para ignorarla. Con música de New Order, Eurythmics, The Associates, Joy Division, The Jam, Echo And The Bunnymen, Pretenders, The Creatures, R.E.M., The Pixies, The Psychedelic Furs, David Sylvian, Marc Almond, Aztec Camera, Yello, Propaganda, Act, Japan, Sisters Of Mercy, The Clash, The Sugarcubes, y una curiosidad a cargo de Zaine Griff con el tema "Flowers" en donde Kate Bush hace los coros.
