The Re-Issue: Last Christmas 40th., Anniversary Re-Issue

 

 

This year marks the 40 anniversary of Wham's classic and timeless festive single "Last Christmas" and this will be reissued again, but this time – as with ‘Careless Whisper‘ – to celebrate the original released on both.

The CD single and 12-inch vinyl variants will offering four versions of the track, the difference from the CD single released in 2023 is that the single and Remix versions of "Everything She Wants" are absent (Last Christmas was a double A-side). 

So they are replaced by the instrumental version of "Last Christmas" and a "Live at Wembley Arena, December 2006" version (performed by George Michael, and not Wham!.

There’s a black vinyl 12-inch, a snowflake white vinyl 12-inch and a Zoetrope vinyl 12-inch. All feature the four tracks listed below.

Last Christmas is released on 13 December 2024, via Sony Music.
