Una nueva recopilación PWL con mixes extendidos se hace presente y viene en dos formatos un set de 3CD con 24 tracks cada uno y un set de 2LP con 26 tracks y uno exclusivo con audio en blu-ray limitado a 1000 copias.
PWL fue un icónico e influyente sello fundado por Pete Waterman y que se convirtió en una fuerza sonora a finales de los 80's., y principios de los 90's., en ese período lograron unos 18 No. 1 en el Reino Unido y llegaron a vender 150 millones de copias con un entrada en el libro de récords Guiness por haber llegado al No. 1 con 11 artistas diferentes entre los que se contaban a Kylie Minogue, Rick Astley, y Sonia entre otros.
Ahora por primera vez, BMG lanzará una colección de PWL llena de remixes, muchos de ellos en versiones extendidas con su distintivo sonido lleno de ritmos pegajosos y vibrantes sonidos, el título del recopilatorio es "PWL Extendned Big Hits And Surprises", con un total de 24 tracks a lo largo de 3CDs, entre los tracks escogidos podemos encontrar clásicos de Kylie Minogue como "Hand On Your Heart (The Great Aorta Mix)", "I Should Be So Lucky (Extended Mix)", y "What Kind Of Fool? (Heard All That Before)", Rick Astley con "Never Gonna Give You Up (Cake Mix)", y "She Wants To Dance With Me (Extended RnB Version)" así como otras rarezas de artistas tales como Agents Aren't Aeroplanes, Shooting Party, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Paul Varney y Boy Krazy.
Una de las mejores cosas en este recopilatorio es sin duda el lanzamiento de una edición en Blu-Ray con sonido Stereo de los 24 tracks, con dos bonus track David Ford's Acid Mix de Stock, Aitken, Waterman del tema "SS Paparazzi", y un mix de 12" de Delage "I Wanna Shout About It".
