New Music: Broken Heart

The Dutch iconic darkwave/goth band Clan Of Xymox has just released a brand new double AA "Broken Heart"/"Fire". it is the first new music by the group since the release of their "Exodus" album in mid-2024. Clan of Xymox co-founder and frontman Ronny Moorings describes "Broken Heart" as "a journey through heartbreak, desire and emotional combustion." Driven by haunting synths, a hypnotic pulse and melancholic vocals, his aim with the song was to capture the tension between losing someone and still being consumed by them.

New Music: Once Upon A Time

The Dutch darkwave legends Clan Of Xymox have unveiled the video for their latest single "Once Upon A Time". The song is taken from their 18th studio album ‘Exodus,’ which came out in June last year via Metropolis Records. The record feels as if songwriter Ronny Moorings has taken stock of the times in which we live, and channels all his grief, his anger and his world-weariness into a beautifully dark, danceable work of art, the video is accompanied by a series of super 8 footage yuxtaposed with footage by the band itself.
