The Australian electronic music duo Empire Of The Sun released their highly anticipated album "Ask That God" featuring their latest single, the 1980's dance pop nostalgic 2The Feeling You Get", acording to Luke Steele: the song is about the paradox of emotions. Sometimes you don’t know what it is, you don’t know what you do or why you do it….it’s just the feeling you get. The song came about while trying to capture that exact feeling. Sometimes it’s the paradox.… I feel better when I cry, I feel better when I’m lost, it works because it’s about not exactly what’s happening but the feeling of it all, the video was directed by Michael Maxxis protraying the band wandering in several places in Thailand.
